Sarah Carr

Dr Sarah Carr has over 15 years' experience of research, knowledge management and policy analysis in mental health and social care. Most recently she worked for the Social Care Institute for Excellence (Scie) as a senior research analyst. Sarah is visiting fellow, social policy and social work, University of York, and honorary senior lecturer, Institute for Applied Social Science, School of Social Policy, University of Birmingham. She has particular expertise in personalisation, service user participation, co-production and equality and has published widely on the topic. She is director of the knowledge consultancy, Sarah Carr and Associates Ltd.
