Section 102 – Appeals to the registration appeals panel: procedure

Introduction

This section imposes a primary time limit on appealing, which is 28 days from the date on which notice of the decision in question was given. However, the registrar has power to extend time for appealing if satisfied there were good reasons for the delay.
