Section 30A – Notification of matters relating to persons carrying on or managing certain establishments or agencies

Introduction

The purpose of this section is to ensure that local authorities are aware of regulatory action taken against child care services in their areas. The information which the registration authority may pass on to local authorities is set out in the Care Standards Act 2000 (Notification) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
