Section 36 – Delayed payment of mandatory grant

Introduction

This section permits an authority to impose a term that, despite a disabled facilities grant application being approved, payment will not begin before a date specified in the approval notice (subsection (1)). However, that date may not be more than twelve months after the date of the application (subsection (2)).
