Dan Harbour
Dan Harbour is managing director of Beacon, a social enterprise providing advice, advocacy and active case support to individuals and their families in relation to NHS continuing healthcare assessments and appeals.
He previously worked for the Thames Valley Strategic Health Authority as part of its continuing healthcare review team, established following the landmark Coughlan judgment, and at Age UK Oxfordshire as a continuing healthcare advocate and service manager.
Beacon is commissioned by NHS England as an independent continuing healthcare information and advice service.
