Lina Gatsou

Dr Lina Gatsou is a professor in child and family mental health at De Montfort University, and consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. She is also the trust's named doctor for safeguarding children.

With Scott Yates, she developed and delivered the Think Family - Whole Family training programme for multi-agency practitioners working with children and families affected by parental mental illness. The family intervention draws on behavioural family therapy principles and techniques to training the workforce to work holistically with the whole family.
