Mo Ray Mo Ray

Mo is research director for the school of health and social care at the University of Lincoln and is responsible for supporting and developing the research culture and environment within the school. She qualified as a social worker in 1990 and specialised in practice with older people, working as a social worker, care manager and team manager. She later became a senior lecturer in social work at Keele University. Her research has focused on social work with older people, social gerontology and health and social care.
