Flintshire Children’s Page draft
Welcome to…… page for learning quality resources
A warm welcome to our Social Services for Children workforce to Flintshire County Council’s Community Care Inform page. Community Care Inform is working closely with us to provide social work practice, legal information and learning tools in an accessible format. The resources found here will help you make and evidence your decisions, keep up to date with best practice and the law, and contribute to continuing professional development.
This page is the first of its type and can be used not only for staff inductions but to help equip our staff in their role. Whether you are just starting within children’s services or refreshing your learning journey, these pages are a hub of information to assist you.
The tabs below contain information about all of our teams within children’s services. We suggest you start with your own team and if you would like to learn about what others are doing have a look through their resources. For all new staff there is the induction tab which will take you through your first days, weeks and months in your new role.
