Introduction

Although this guide is based on the requirements of the CPEL consolidation programme in Wales, the topic of analysing and critically reflecting on your own practice is relevant to all social workers. It looks at what it means to be a critically reflective social worker and outlines different methods and models you can use to reflect on your practice.
