Gail Kinsman

Gail Kinman is professor of occupational health psychology at the University of Bedfordshire. She is a chartered psychologist and a fellow of the British Psychological Society and a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences.

Gail has a particular interest in developing and evaluating strategies to support organisational and individual resilience in social work and has published widely in these areas in leading journals. She co-authored the book Developing Resilience for Social Work Practice (Macmillan) with Louise Grant. They will also shortly be publishing a workbook in association with Research in Practice that provides social work leaders with strategies to build organisational resilience.
