Introduction

We are pleased to be in partnership with Community Care Inform so that their  bespoke resource can be shared with our staff . This page brings together the key areas of practice that we’ve been developing and supporting for the past year. As a reader you will find a wide range of information and resources  on supervision, case recording, analysis and decision making, and preparing for the LPS which will help keep staff updated. We all acknowledge the importance of evidence based practice and this resource will support staff to keep up to date with relevant research and resources . Staff are welcome to help us shape the resource as we move forward and any ideas for new resources should be shared with SCWDP.
